**Value Stream Manager

**Responsibilities:

**

• Lead end-to-end operations for the Sheet Metal department, from work order creation through final delivery
• Oversee a cross-functional team in a matrixed manufacturing environment at the San Jose site
• Drive performance across production, quality, engineering, maintenance, scheduling, and programming
• Implement and sustain an Operational Excellence (OpEx) framework focused on lean, quality, and efficiency
• Manage workflow and material movement using WIP tracking, dispatch systems, and tier management
• Identify and resolve production issues through root cause analysis and corrective actions
• Use data and value stream metrics to improve throughput and eliminate bottlenecks
• Own capacity planning, including labor, equipment, CapEx, and staffing needs
• Lead resolution of non-conformances and ensure quality standards are met
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance performance and reduce costs
• Support automation and process improvements to optimize operations
• Partner with customers to support performance, responsiveness, and on-time delivery
• Lead and develop a team of supervisors, leads, and 125+ employees, fostering accountability and collaboration

**Required Experience:

**

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, or a related field

• 10+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing operations (mid-to-large environments)

• Sheet metal experience preferred (5+ years)

• Proven experience driving OpEx or continuous improvement initiatives

• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills

• Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action

• Ability to travel up to 5%

• Authorized to work in the United States
