Job Summary

We are seeking skilled Traveling TIG & MIG Welders to join our team for nationwide projects. This role involves traveling to various job sites to perform high-quality welding on structural and industrial components. Candidates must be experienced, safety-focused, and comfortable working in different environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform TIG and MIG welding on a variety of materials (steel, stainless steel, aluminum)
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and weld symbols
• Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently
• Inspect welds to ensure they meet quality and safety standards
• Assist with fabrication, fitting, and assembly as needed
• Maintain and troubleshoot welding tools and equipment
• Follow all OSHA and company safety procedures
• Travel to job sites and work flexible schedules, including overtime

Qualifications

• 2+ years of TIG and MIG welding experience (travel experience preferred)
• Ability to pass welding tests/certifications
• Proficiency with measuring tools and fabrication techniques
• Strong understanding of welding safety practices
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to travel extensively (50–100%)
• Valid driver’s license required

Preferred Qualifications

• AWS or other welding certifications
• Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or construction environments
• Experience with pipe welding or structural welding

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Stand, bend, kneel, and work in confined or elevated spaces
• Work in varying weather and industrial conditions
