Job Summary

We are seeking skilled Traveling TIG & MIG Welders to join our team for nationwide projects. This role involves traveling to various job sites to perform high-quality welding on structural and industrial components. Candidates must be experienced, safety-focused, and comfortable working in different environments.

Key Responsibilities

Perform TIG and MIG welding on a variety of materials (steel, stainless steel, aluminum)
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and weld symbols
Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently
Inspect welds to ensure they meet quality and safety standards
Assist with fabrication, fitting, and assembly as needed
Maintain and troubleshoot welding tools and equipment
Follow all OSHA and company safety procedures
Travel to job sites and work flexible schedules, including overtime

Qualifications

2+ years of TIG and MIG welding experience (travel experience preferred)
Ability to pass welding tests/certifications
Proficiency with measuring tools and fabrication techniques
Strong understanding of welding safety practices
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to travel extensively (50–100%)
Valid driver’s license required

Preferred Qualifications

AWS or other welding certifications
Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or construction environments
Experience with pipe welding or structural welding

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Stand, bend, kneel, and work in confined or elevated spaces
Work in varying weather and industrial conditions
