As a Tool and Die Maker, you will play a crucial role in creating and maintaining the tools and dies that are essential for our production processes. Responsibilities

• Design, fabricate, and repair tooling and dies for production machinery.
• Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to create precise components.
• Utilize various machining tools, including lathes, mills, and grinders, to produce high-quality parts.
• Conduct inspections and tests to ensure tools and dies meet specifications.
• Collaborate with engineers and production staff to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols.
• Continuously improve processes and suggest enhancements for efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in Tool and Die Making preferred.
• Proven experience as a Tool and Die Maker or similar role.
• Strong understanding of machining processes and tool design.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with safety standards and practices in a manufacturing environment.
