Swiss CNC Machining Opportunities – All Shifts (Direct Hire)

📍 Elk Grove Village, IL

🏭 Medical Device Manufacturing | Full-Time

💲 Pay Ranges:

• Senior Swiss Machinist (1st Shift): $28.00 – $33.00/hour
• Swiss CNC Operators (2nd Shift): $20.00 – $25.00/hour + 10% shift differential
• Swiss CNC Operators (3rd Shift): $20.00 – $25.00/hour + 10% shift differential

Open Positions

🔹 Senior Swiss Machinist – 1st Shift

• Set up, operate, and optimize Swiss CNC machines
• Work with tight tolerances and complex medical components
• Edit programs, troubleshoot issues, and drive process improvements
• Mentor operators and support production efficiency

🔹 Swiss CNC Operators – 2nd & 3rd Shift

• Operate Swiss CNC machines in a production environment
• Perform inspections and maintain quality standards
• Load/unload parts and monitor machine performance
• Follow work instructions and support team productivity

What We’re Looking For

• Experience with Swiss CNC machining (Citizen, Star, Tsugami, or similar preferred)
• Ability to work in a tight-tolerance, high-precision environment
• For senior role: strong setup, troubleshooting, and programming edits experience
• For operators: solid machining foundation and willingness to learn and grow
• Experience in medical device manufacturing is a big plus
