Senior Swiss Machinist (1st Shift): $28.00 – $33.00/hour
Swiss CNC Operators (2nd Shift): $20.00 – $25.00/hour + 10% shift differential
Swiss CNC Operators (3rd Shift): $20.00 – $25.00/hour + 10% shift differential

Open Positions

🔹 Senior Swiss Machinist – 1st Shift

Set up, operate, and optimize Swiss CNC machines
Work with tight tolerances and complex medical components
Edit programs, troubleshoot issues, and drive process improvements
Mentor operators and support production efficiency

🔹 Swiss CNC Operators – 2nd & 3rd Shift

Operate Swiss CNC machines in a production environment
Perform inspections and maintain quality standards
Load/unload parts and monitor machine performance
Follow work instructions and support team productivity

What We’re Looking For

Experience with Swiss CNC machining (Citizen, Star, Tsugami, or similar preferred)
Ability to work in a tight-tolerance, high-precision environment
For senior role: strong setup, troubleshooting, and programming edits experience
For operators: solid machining foundation and willingness to learn and grow
Experience in medical device manufacturing is a big plus
