• Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members to foster professional development.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in project management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the electrical engineering sector.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects from initiation to completion.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, design principles, and project management methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly desirable.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
