Responsibilities

Lead and manage electrical engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
Communicate project status to stakeholders and provide regular updates on milestones and deliverables.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members to foster professional development.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in project management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the electrical engineering sector.
Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects from initiation to completion.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, design principles, and project management methodologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly desirable.
Proficient in project management software and tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
