Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and machinery.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot CNC, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.
• Conduct inspections to identify potential problems and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
• Collaborate with team members to improve maintenance processes and efficiency.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior maintenance staff.
• Participate in the development of maintenance schedules and plans.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of CNC, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
• Proficient in using hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including on-call shifts as needed.
