Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and machinery.
Diagnose and troubleshoot CNC, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.
Conduct inspections to identify potential problems and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
Collaborate with team members to improve maintenance processes and efficiency.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
Assist in training and mentoring junior maintenance staff.
Participate in the development of maintenance schedules and plans.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance or a related field.
Strong knowledge of CNC, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
Proficient in using hand and power tools safely and effectively.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
Availability to work flexible hours, including on-call shifts as needed.
