Job Overview:

As our Service Returns Manager, you'll play a vital role in our operations. You'll lead a group of dedicated technicians, ensuring smooth running of our failure analysis tests on various electronic components.

Here's what a typical day might look like:

  • You'll create and implement testing protocols, ensuring precision in our testing processes and compliance with industry standards.
  • Collaboration will be key as you work closely with our engineering and production teams, identifying potential improvements in testing processes.
  • You'll analyze and interpret test data, providing detailed reports to stakeholders, and using your findings to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • You'll assist in testing and troubleshooting Broad Market Power Supplies, and accurately pinpoint the true root cause of a failure mode through careful troubleshooting.
  • You'll keep an eye on potential trends, bringing them to the surface in a timely manner.

Here's what you'll need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a role within the electronics manufacturing industry.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret complex technical data.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey technical information to various audiences.
  • Proficiency in conducting root cause analysis.
  • Ability to identify trends to help us improve our processes and products proactively.
  • Database management skills to enter failure mode information into our database in a clear, concise, and detailed manner.
  • Familiarity with Acceptance Test Procedures (ATP).
