As our Service Returns Manager, you'll play a vital role in our operations. You'll lead a group of dedicated technicians, ensuring smooth running of our failure analysis tests on various electronic components.

Here's what a typical day might look like:

You'll create and implement testing protocols, ensuring precision in our testing processes and compliance with industry standards.
Collaboration will be key as you work closely with our engineering and production teams, identifying potential improvements in testing processes.
You'll analyze and interpret test data, providing detailed reports to stakeholders, and using your findings to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
You'll assist in testing and troubleshooting Broad Market Power Supplies, and accurately pinpoint the true root cause of a failure mode through careful troubleshooting.
You'll keep an eye on potential trends, bringing them to the surface in a timely manner.

Here's what you'll need:

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a role within the electronics manufacturing industry.
Strong analytical skills to interpret complex technical data.
Excellent communication skills to convey technical information to various audiences.
Proficiency in conducting root cause analysis.
Ability to identify trends to help us improve our processes and products proactively.
Database management skills to enter failure mode information into our database in a clear, concise, and detailed manner.
Familiarity with Acceptance Test Procedures (ATP).
