Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot appliance issues, including but not limited to refrigerators, washers, dryers, and ovens.
• Perform repairs and maintenance on various household appliances to ensure optimal performance.
• Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their appliance needs.
• Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and parts used.
• Stay updated on industry trends and new appliance technologies to enhance service delivery.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies while on the job.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in appliance repair is a plus.
• Proven experience as an appliance technician or in a similar role.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Physical ability to lift heavy appliances and perform manual tasks.
