In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of household appliances. Responsibilities

Diagnose and troubleshoot appliance issues, including but not limited to refrigerators, washers, dryers, and ovens.
Perform repairs and maintenance on various household appliances to ensure optimal performance.
Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their appliance needs.
Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and parts used.
Stay updated on industry trends and new appliance technologies to enhance service delivery.
Adhere to safety protocols and company policies while on the job.
Collaborate with team members to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in appliance repair is a plus.
Proven experience as an appliance technician or in a similar role.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Physical ability to lift heavy appliances and perform manual tasks.
