Job Overview:

Looking for a professional and organized Recepcionist/Administrative Assistant to support front desk operations, manage calls, and assist with daily office tasks. The ideal candidate is bilingual (English/Spanish), detail‑oriented, and able to multitask while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.

**Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Professional demeanor
  • One year of relevant work experience
  • Familiarity with basic office software (Outlook, Word and Excel) , phone systems, and sometimes case management or booking systems.
  • Ability to operate scanners, copiers and printers
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish,

**Key duties and responsibilities

**

  • Answer and direct all phone calls
  • Ability to interact professionally with clients, staff, and visitors.
  • Manage, clean and organize the front desk and office
  • Efficiently manage multiple tasks, appointments, and administrative duties
  • Schedule meetings, client visits and company events
  • Collect and sort all mail and packages
  • Provide administrative support to all team members as necessary
  • Process invoices and pay outstanding bills for company accounts
  • Maintain a friendly, courteous, and professional demeanor.
