Looking for a professional and organized Recepcionist/Administrative Assistant to support front desk operations, manage calls, and assist with daily office tasks. - Professional demeanor
- One year of relevant work experience
- Familiarity with basic office software (Outlook, Word and Excel) , phone systems, and sometimes case management or booking systems.
- Ability to operate scanners, copiers and printers
- Bilingual in English and Spanish,
**Key duties and responsibilities
**
- Answer and direct all phone calls
- Ability to interact professionally with clients, staff, and visitors.
- Manage, clean and organize the front desk and office
- Efficiently manage multiple tasks, appointments, and administrative duties
- Schedule meetings, client visits and company events
- Collect and sort all mail and packages
- Provide administrative support to all team members as necessary
- Process invoices and pay outstanding bills for company accounts
- Maintain a friendly, courteous, and professional demeanor.
