Professional demeanor
One year of relevant work experience
Familiarity with basic office software (Outlook, Word and Excel) , phone systems, and sometimes case management or booking systems.
Ability to operate scanners, copiers and printers

Answer and direct all phone calls
Ability to interact professionally with clients, staff, and visitors.
Manage, clean and organize the front desk and office
Efficiently manage multiple tasks, appointments, and administrative duties
Schedule meetings, client visits and company events
Collect and sort all mail and packages
Provide administrative support to all team members as necessary
Process invoices and pay outstanding bills for company accounts
Maintain a friendly, courteous, and professional demeanor.
