1st Shift: Monday-Thursday 5am to 3pmOvertime available, typically 10-15 hours per week
Operate machining equipment to produce parts according to specified methods and quality standards.
Manage parts, materials, and tools, ensuring proper handling and documentation.
Perform quality inspections using gauges and visual assessment during production runs.
Complete production paperwork, labels, and forms accurately and timely.
Maintain a safe work environment and perform basic machine maintenance as needed.
Willingness to work on-site and pass physical requirements, including standing and lifting.
Ability to follow safety procedures and keep workspace organized.
Basic computer skills helpful for reporting and documentation.
Strong work ethic with reliable attendance and ability to work independently.
Prior manufacturing, production, or machine operation experience preferred, but entry-level candidates will be considered.
