Position Overview:

Cintas is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team at the Rockford facility. As a Production Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of the production floor, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety while leading a team to success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of production personnel, ensuring adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols.
  • Train, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve optimal performance and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Implement and enforce Cintas' safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
  • Monitor production processes, identify areas for enhancement, and implement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Collaborate with various departments to optimize production processes, troubleshoot issues, and drive operational excellence.
  • Maintain accurate production records and reports for performance evaluation and planning purposes.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, provide feedback, and address any concerns.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Thorough understanding of production processes, quality standards, and safety regulations.
  • Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to lead and inspire a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software for production tracking and reporting.
