Position Overview:

Cintas is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team at the Rockford facility. As a Production Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of the production floor, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety while leading a team to success.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of production personnel, ensuring adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols.
Train, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve optimal performance and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Implement and enforce Cintas' safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
Monitor production processes, identify areas for enhancement, and implement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
Collaborate with various departments to optimize production processes, troubleshoot issues, and drive operational excellence.
Maintain accurate production records and reports for performance evaluation and planning purposes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
Demonstrated experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a manufacturing or production environment.
