Overview

We are seeking a Production Operator in Auburn Hills, MI. This is a night shift position that offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Shift: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, (rotating Wednesdays) - 12 hour shifts

Shift: Thursday, Friday, Saturday, (rotating Wednesdays) - 12 hour shifts

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure optimal performance.
• Perform routine quality checks on products to maintain high standards.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Assist in troubleshooting equipment issues and perform minor repairs as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Document production data and report any discrepancies to supervisors.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
• Ability to operate machinery and understand basic mechanical concepts.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work night shifts and flexible hours as needed.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.
