Overview

We are seeking a Production Operator in Auburn Hills, MI. This is a night shift position that offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Shift: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, (rotating Wednesdays) - 12 hour shifts

Shift: Thursday, Friday, Saturday, (rotating Wednesdays) - 12 hour shifts

Responsibilities

Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure optimal performance.
Perform routine quality checks on products to maintain high standards.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
Assist in troubleshooting equipment issues and perform minor repairs as needed.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Document production data and report any discrepancies to supervisors.
Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
Ability to operate machinery and understand basic mechanical concepts.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Willingness to work night shifts and flexible hours as needed.
Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.
