Night Shift, Sunday night through Thursday night. During peak production, the schedule is often extended to 6 days a week.
We're seeking a dependable Production workers to join a busy food manufacturing team. In this hands on role, you'll prepare, mix, shape, bake, and package high quality baked products while operating commercial production equipment in a fast paced environment. You'll play an important role in maintaining quality, food safety, and production standards.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, weigh, and measure ingredients according to recipes and production schedules.
- Operate industrial mixers, dough processing equipment, and commercial ovens.
- Monitor baking times, temperatures, and product quality throughout production.
- Inspect raw materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Perform routine equipment cleaning and basic maintenance.
- Follow GMPs, food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
- Assist with packaging and other production duties as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Qualifications
- Previous food manufacturing, bakery, or production experience is preferred, but training is available for motivated candidates.
- Ability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and overtime during busy production periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality products.
- Reliable, dependable, and able to work well in a team environment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a warm production environment.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
