Night Shift, Sunday night through Thursday night. During peak production, the schedule is often extended to 6 days a week.

We're seeking a dependable Production workers to join a busy food manufacturing team. In this hands on role, you'll prepare, mix, shape, bake, and package high quality baked products while operating commercial production equipment in a fast paced environment. You'll play an important role in maintaining quality, food safety, and production standards.

Responsibilities

Prepare, weigh, and measure ingredients according to recipes and production schedules.
Operate industrial mixers, dough processing equipment, and commercial ovens.
Monitor baking times, temperatures, and product quality throughout production.
Inspect raw materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
Perform routine equipment cleaning and basic maintenance.
Follow GMPs, food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
Assist with packaging and other production duties as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications

Previous food manufacturing, bakery, or production experience is preferred, but training is available for motivated candidates.
Ability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and overtime during busy production periods.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality products.
Reliable, dependable, and able to work well in a team environment.
Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a warm production environment.
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
