Responsibilities

• Set up and operate press brake and shear machines according to specifications.

• Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards.
• Adjust machine settings as needed to achieve desired tolerances and finishes.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and efficiency.
• Report any issues or malfunctions to the supervisor promptly.

Qualifications

• Technical training in machining or manufacturing is a plus.
• Proven experience operating press brakes and shears in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of metal fabrication processes and materials.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and blueprints.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
