🕒 ** Shift:** Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Position Summary

We are hiring an experienced ** CNC Machine Operator or Press Brake Operator** for a client near Reno/Sparks, NV. In this role, you will be responsible for metal fabrication, product assembly, and final assembly operations based on engineering drawings and specifications.

💡 ** Note:** CNC experience is required. Press Brake training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC and Press Brake machines to bend and shape metal components
• Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate production
• Adjust machine settings for precision and efficiency
• Perform quality inspections and ensure products meet specifications
• Identify and report defects or inconsistencies
• Meet production schedules and deadlines
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment

Requirements

• Prior experience operating ** CNC machines (required)**
• Press Brake experience is a plus (training provided)
• Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions
• Basic math skills (fractions, percentages, ratios, proportions)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Steel-toed boots required
• Must pass ** background check and drug screening**
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
