Position Summary

We are hiring an experienced ** CNC Machine Operator or Press Brake Operator** for a client near Reno/Sparks, NV. In this role, you will be responsible for metal fabrication, product assembly, and final assembly operations based on engineering drawings and specifications.

💡 ** Note:** CNC experience is required. Press Brake training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC and Press Brake machines to bend and shape metal components
Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate production
Adjust machine settings for precision and efficiency
Perform quality inspections and ensure products meet specifications
Identify and report defects or inconsistencies
Meet production schedules and deadlines
Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment

Requirements

Prior experience operating ** CNC machines (required)**
Press Brake experience is a plus (training provided)
Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions
Basic math skills (fractions, percentages, ratios, proportions)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Steel-toed boots required
Must pass ** background check and drug screening**
Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
