Holland Sharpe is hiring a Business Development Executive to grow our Nashville and surrounding areas territory.
This is a
true outside sales / hunter role
focused on winning new business in
manufacturing, construction, and skilled trades.
If you’re motivated by
prospecting, closing deals, and controlling your income, this role offers strong upside and clear expectations.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary:
$65,000
- Uncapped commission (earn from day one)
- Weekly pay (base + commission)
- Typical earnings:
$85,000 – $150,000+
- Top performers exceed
$150K+ annually
- Quarterly & annual performance bonuses

What You’ll Do
- Make
50+ outbound calls daily
to generate new business
- Prospect, qualify, and
close new client accounts
- Manage a
Nashville territory (1–1.5 hour radius)
- Conduct
in-person meetings
with decision-makers
- Expand existing accounts and break into new departments
- Own your
pipeline, forecasting, and activity metrics
- Partner with recruiting to deliver on client needs
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of B2B outside sales experience
- Proven success in
prospecting and closing new business
- **Managing a business porfolio **of $1 million +
- Experience managing a
full sales cycle and territory
- Background in
staffing, industrial, construction, or manufacturing
is a plus
- Comfortable in a
high-activity, KPI-driven environment
- Strong follow-up, organization, and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
