MIG Welder / Welding Department Lead – Full Time

Location: West Memphis, AR Company: Automated Conveyor Systems, Inc. (Employee‑Owned)

About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced MIG Welder with strong leadership skills to help lead our welding department. This position involves organizing workflow, assigning tasks, ensuring quality standards, and performing MIG welding on frames, pulleys, rollers, and other fabricated conveyor components.

Requirements

• Proven leadership ability

• Excellent MIG welding skills

• Ability to read basic welding blueprints

• Accurate tape‑measure skills (down to 1/32")

• Proficient with jigs and fixtures

• Reliable, positive, willing to learn and teach

• Must pass weld test, drug screen, and background check

Schedule & Pay

• Mon–Fri, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM

• Overtime available
