MIG Welder / Welding Department Lead – Full Time

About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced MIG Welder with strong leadership skills to help lead our welding department. This position involves organizing workflow, assigning tasks, ensuring quality standards, and performing MIG welding on frames, pulleys, rollers, and other fabricated conveyor components.

Requirements

Proven leadership ability
Excellent MIG welding skills
Ability to read basic welding blueprints
Accurate tape‑measure skills (down to 1/32")
Proficient with jigs and fixtures
Reliable, positive, willing to learn and teach
Must pass weld test, drug screen, and background check

Schedule & Pay

Mon–Fri, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
Overtime available
Competitive wage based on experience
