Responsibilities

• Assist mechanics in diagnosing and repairing tractor and trailer issues.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes and tire rotations.
• Help maintain a clean and organized shop environment.
• Support inventory management by tracking parts and supplies.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding repair progress.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain compliance with industry standards.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance technical skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical systems and tools.
• Strong willingness to learn and take direction from experienced mechanics.
