Responsibilities

Assist mechanics in diagnosing and repairing tractor and trailer issues.
Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes and tire rotations.
Help maintain a clean and organized shop environment.
Support inventory management by tracking parts and supplies.
Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding repair progress.
Follow safety protocols and maintain compliance with industry standards.
Participate in training sessions to enhance technical skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Basic knowledge of mechanical systems and tools.
Strong willingness to learn and take direction from experienced mechanics.
