**What You’ll Do

**

As the Manager, Talent Acquisition, you will:

  • Lead, develop, and strengthen our Talent Acquisition team.
  • Oversee daily recruiting operations, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and a positive candidate experience.
  • Partner with the business to forecast hiring needs and align workforce planning with business goals.
  • Strengthen internal mobility programs to support employee growth and equitable opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with EEO, OFCCP, ADA, and all relevant hiring regulations.
  • Optimize recruiting processes and enhance our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Partner with HR, Communications, and Marketing to elevate our employer brand.
  • Track and report recruiting activities to support decision‑making.

**What You Bring

**

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field.
  • 7 or more years of Talent Acquisition experience, including 3 or more years managing teams.
  • Strong experience with recruiting operations and modern hiring tools.
  • Clear, effective communication skills and the ability to influence across the organization.
  • Ability to manage both onsite and remote teams.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in recruitment.
  • Willingness to travel up to 15% for hiring events.
