**What You’ll Do

**

As the Manager, Talent Acquisition, you will:

Lead, develop, and strengthen our Talent Acquisition team.
Oversee daily recruiting operations, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and a positive candidate experience.
Partner with the business to forecast hiring needs and align workforce planning with business goals.
Strengthen internal mobility programs to support employee growth and equitable opportunities.
Ensure compliance with EEO, OFCCP, ADA, and all relevant hiring regulations.
Optimize recruiting processes and enhance our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Partner with HR, Communications, and Marketing to elevate our employer brand.
Track and report recruiting activities to support decision‑making.

**What You Bring

**

Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field.
7 or more years of Talent Acquisition experience, including 3 or more years managing teams.
Strong experience with recruiting operations and modern hiring tools.
Clear, effective communication skills and the ability to influence across the organization.
Ability to manage both onsite and remote teams.
Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in recruitment.
Willingness to travel up to 15% for hiring events.
