Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in multifamily property maintenance
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• HVAC certified with current EPA certification
• Extensive knowledge of HVAC systems, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair
• Skilled in diagnosing and resolving maintenance issues efficiently
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs and work order management
• Strong customer service and resident relations skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and perform in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, self-motivated, and solution-oriented
• Committed to maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and professionalism
