Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience in multifamily property maintenance
Strong leadership and team management abilities
HVAC certified with current EPA certification
Extensive knowledge of HVAC systems, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair
Skilled in diagnosing and resolving maintenance issues efficiently
Experience with preventive maintenance programs and work order management
Strong customer service and resident relations skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and perform in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, self-motivated, and solution-oriented
Committed to maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and professionalism
