FieldBridge is looking for a Maintenance Mechanic in Tucson, AZ. to work for one of the oldest and most iconic soft drink brands in the US. We offer weekly pay + benefits.

Pay Rate & Schedule:

Up to $24.81/hour | Monday - Saturday, 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM | Weekly pay every Friday | Overtime opportunities available | At $24.81/hr and 60 hrs/week, for example, earn weekly paychecks of $1,736.70 gross.

Important Notes: 3-month contract assignment, with possibility to extend. Immediate start.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and utilities equipment at a beverage manufacturing facility. This role primarily supports the utilities side of maintenance, working across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical equipment including motors, conveyors, pumps, boilers, fillers, and packaging lines
• Troubleshoot and program minor changes in Allen Bradley PLCs (SLC500, MicroLogix, CompactLogix, ControlLogix)
• Troubleshoot, replace, and program 3-phase 480V motors and VFDs
• Fabricate, repair, and install piping and hangers for hot/cold water, steam, process, and condensate systems
• Complete size changeovers, adjustments, and troubleshooting on liquid fillers and packaging equipment

Required Qualifications:

• Experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial mechanical and electrical equipment
• Ability to wire moderately complex control circuits
• Working knowledge of Allen Bradley PLCs
• Experience with 3-phase 480V motors and VFDs
• Welding experience across various metal types
• Ability to machine metals, plastics, and composites and fabricate replacement parts
• Pipefitting and piping fabrication experience
• Ability to work independently and complete repairs with minimal downtime
