FieldBridge is looking for a Maintenance Mechanic in Tucson, AZ. to work for one of the oldest and most iconic soft drink brands in the US. We offer weekly pay + benefits.

Pay Rate & Schedule:

Up to $24.81/hour | Monday - Saturday, 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM | Weekly pay every Friday | Overtime opportunities available | At $24.81/hr and 60 hrs/week, for example, earn weekly paychecks of $1,736.70 gross.

Important Notes: 3-month contract assignment, with possibility to extend. Immediate start.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and utilities equipment at a beverage manufacturing facility. This role primarily supports the utilities side of maintenance, working across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical equipment including motors, conveyors, pumps, boilers, fillers, and packaging lines
Troubleshoot and program minor changes in Allen Bradley PLCs (SLC500, MicroLogix, CompactLogix, ControlLogix)
Troubleshoot, replace, and program 3-phase 480V motors and VFDs
Fabricate, repair, and install piping and hangers for hot/cold water, steam, process, and condensate systems
Complete size changeovers, adjustments, and troubleshooting on liquid fillers and packaging equipment

Required Qualifications:

Experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial mechanical and electrical equipment
Ability to wire moderately complex control circuits
Working knowledge of Allen Bradley PLCs
Experience with 3-phase 480V motors and VFDs
Welding experience across various metal types
Ability to machine metals, plastics, and composites and fabricate replacement parts
Pipefitting and piping fabrication experience
Ability to work independently and complete repairs with minimal downtime
