Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance operations and ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
• Manage and lead a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance and support.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
• Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards.
• Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance services.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory.
• Prepare and manage the maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effective operations.
• Train and mentor staff on best practices and safety protocols.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of facility maintenance, repair techniques, and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in using maintenance management software and tools.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in facility management or related field is a plus.
• Certifications in maintenance management or related areas are preferred.
