As the Maintenance Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our facility. Responsibilities

Oversee daily maintenance operations and ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
Manage and lead a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance and support.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards.
Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance services.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory.
Prepare and manage the maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effective operations.
Train and mentor staff on best practices and safety protocols.
Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of facility maintenance, repair techniques, and safety regulations.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficient in using maintenance management software and tools.
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in facility management or related field is a plus.
Certifications in maintenance management or related areas are preferred.
