We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Journey Level Builder to join our team in Libby, MT, 59923. In this role, you will play a crucial part in constructing and maintaining various structures, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. Responsibilities

• Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures made from wood, plywood, and wallboard.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to ensure accurate construction.
• Measure, cut, and shape materials using hand tools and power tools.
• Collaborate with other tradespeople to ensure seamless project execution.
• Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to apprentices and less experienced builders.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in building techniques.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a recognized apprenticeship program is preferred.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in construction or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction techniques.
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

You should be proficient in:

• Construction Management
• Journeyman’s License
• OSHA 10-Hour Certification (OSHA 10)
• Finish and Rough Carpentry
• Blueprint Reading
