We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Journey Level Builder to join our team in Libby, MT, 59923. In this role, you will play a crucial part in constructing and maintaining various structures, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. Responsibilities

Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures made from wood, plywood, and wallboard.
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to ensure accurate construction.
Measure, cut, and shape materials using hand tools and power tools.
Collaborate with other tradespeople to ensure seamless project execution.
Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Provide guidance and mentorship to apprentices and less experienced builders.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in building techniques.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a recognized apprenticeship program is preferred.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in construction or a related field.
Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction techniques.
Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
