Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain weaving machines to produce woven fabrics according to specifications.
• Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met.
• Set up and adjust weaving equipment for different fabric types and patterns.
• Inspect finished products for defects and make necessary adjustments.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency and resolve any issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and productivity.
• Document production data and report any equipment malfunctions to supervisors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in textiles or manufacturing is a plus.
• Previous experience in weaving or textile production preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
• Ability to operate machinery and troubleshoot basic mechanical issues.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials as needed.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime when required.
