As an Industrial Weaver, you will play a crucial role in creating high-quality woven products that meet our customers' needs. Responsibilities

Operate and maintain weaving machines to produce woven fabrics according to specifications.
Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met.
Set up and adjust weaving equipment for different fabric types and patterns.
Inspect finished products for defects and make necessary adjustments.
Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency and resolve any issues.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and productivity.
Document production data and report any equipment malfunctions to supervisors.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in textiles or manufacturing is a plus.
Previous experience in weaving or textile production preferred.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
Ability to operate machinery and troubleshoot basic mechanical issues.
Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials as needed.
Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime when required.
