What You’ll Be Working On
- Blow molding & injection molding machines
- Extrusion systems
- Conveyors, chillers, compressors, and auxiliary equipment
- 480V / 3-phase electrical systems
- Hydraulic & pneumatic systems
What You’ll Do
- Perform preventive maintenance to keep equipment running reliably
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues
- Diagnose breakdowns and minimize downtime quickly
- Partner with Production and Engineering to solve repeat issues at the root cause
- Support equipment installs, upgrades, and improvements
- Document work in CMMS (IQMS or similar)
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience
- Experience with blow molding and/or injection molding equipment strongly preferred
- Strong troubleshooting ability across electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Experience working with 480V / 3-phase power
- Ability to read schematics and equipment manuals
- A technician who takes ownership and follows through
Schedule & Flexibility
Flexcraft operates a 24/7 manufacturing facility with both day and night shifts.
Shift preferences are considered; however, this role requires flexibility to support either shift as needed.
Night shift includes a $3/hour differential.
