What You’ll Be Working On

Blow molding & injection molding machines
Extrusion systems
Conveyors, chillers, compressors, and auxiliary equipment
480V / 3-phase electrical systems
Hydraulic & pneumatic systems

What You’ll Do

Perform preventive maintenance to keep equipment running reliably
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues
Diagnose breakdowns and minimize downtime quickly
Partner with Production and Engineering to solve repeat issues at the root cause
Support equipment installs, upgrades, and improvements
Document work in CMMS (IQMS or similar)

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of industrial maintenance experience
Experience with blow molding and/or injection molding equipment strongly preferred
Strong troubleshooting ability across electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
Experience working with 480V / 3-phase power
Ability to read schematics and equipment manuals
A technician who takes ownership and follows through

Schedule & Flexibility

Flexcraft operates a 24/7 manufacturing facility with both day and night shifts.

Shift preferences are considered; however, this role requires flexibility to support either shift as needed.
Night shift includes a $3/hour differential.
