Location: Colton, CA
Pay: $23–26/hour (some flexibility based on experience)
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
The Human Resources Administrator provides administrative and operational support to the Human Resources department, with a focus on recruiting coordination, onboarding, payroll support, and maintaining accurate employee records. This role works closely with HR leadership to support HR programs, compliance, employee engagement, and day-to-day operations in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, professional, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality.
Maintain confidential employee records and personnel files in compliance with company policies and employment laws
Support HR leadership with daily administrative and operational tasks
Lead and coordinate the full onboarding process, including:- New hire orientation
Assist with recruiting efforts including:- Job postings
Maintain employee information within Paylocity HRIS
Assist with payroll processing, timecard review, and payroll inquiries
Support leave tracking, accommodations, and return-to-work documentation
Coordinate and track required employee trainings and certifications
Assist with safety documentation, audits, and compliance tracking
Generate HR reports and maintain HR filing systems
Order and maintain HR and office supplies
Serve as a first point of contact for basic HR-related questions
Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and data integrity at all times
Perform additional duties as assigned
