In this role, you will be the face of our brand, guiding customers through their purchasing journey and ensuring they leave with a smile—and a hot tub!

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a friendly and informative manner to understand their needs and preferences.
• Provide detailed product knowledge and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our hot tubs.
• Assist customers in selecting the right hot tub based on their lifestyle and budget.
• Manage the sales process from initial inquiry to final purchase, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals.
• Maintain an organized and visually appealing showroom display.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to provide the best recommendations.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience, preferably in retail or home improvement.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport with customers and understand their needs.
• Passion for outdoor living and wellness products.
• Basic knowledge of hot tub features and maintenance is a plus.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or marketing is a plus.

Example earnings:

If you sell a $15,000 spa at MSP, you’d earn about $750 in commission. If you sell that same spa for $18,000, you’d make the base commission plus 30% of the $3,000 overage, significantly boosting your total earnings. Top performers close multiple deals monthly, creating strong income potential.
