In this role, you will be the face of our brand, guiding customers through their purchasing journey and ensuring they leave with a smile—and a hot tub!

Responsibilities

Engage with customers in a friendly and informative manner to understand their needs and preferences.
Provide detailed product knowledge and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our hot tubs.
Assist customers in selecting the right hot tub based on their lifestyle and budget.
Manage the sales process from initial inquiry to final purchase, ensuring a seamless experience.
Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals.
Maintain an organized and visually appealing showroom display.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to provide the best recommendations.
Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive work environment.

Qualifications

Previous sales experience, preferably in retail or home improvement.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport with customers and understand their needs.
Passion for outdoor living and wellness products.
Basic knowledge of hot tub features and maintenance is a plus.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or marketing is a plus.

Example earnings:

If you sell a $15,000 spa at MSP, you’d earn about $750 in commission. If you sell that same spa for $18,000, you’d make the base commission plus 30% of the $3,000 overage, significantly boosting your total earnings. Top performers close multiple deals monthly, creating strong income potential.
