Responsibilities

• Manually deburr and texture metal and plastic components to meet specified quality standards.
• Inspect parts through a microscope for defects and verify compliance with customer specifications.
• Utilize hand tools and equipment safely and effectively.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and product quality.
• Document work completed and report any issues to supervisors.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in manufacturing or a related field is a plus.
• Must be able to read through a microscope
• Previous experience in deburring, texturizing, or similar roles preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and processes.
