Responsibilities

Manually deburr and texture metal and plastic components to meet specified quality standards.
Inspect parts through a microscope for defects and verify compliance with customer specifications.
Utilize hand tools and equipment safely and effectively.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
Collaborate with team members to improve processes and product quality.
Document work completed and report any issues to supervisors.
Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in manufacturing or a related field is a plus.
Must be able to read through a microscope
Previous experience in deburring, texturizing, or similar roles preferred.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and processes.
